As a Black woman, a solo parent, and a survivor of domestic violence, human trafficking, child abuse, sexual assault, and severe trauma, I understand what it means to walk through the deepest storms. Yet, despite every shadow, I am still standing, still healing, and relentlessly pushing forward.

Having rescued and cared for cats, dogs & birds over the last decade, my love for animals and human healing runs equally deep.
